– Clients can request to have their data deleted from our records at any time.
**Refund and Cancellation Policy**
– Refunds are not available for services. Clients receive training materials upon purchase.
– For coaching sessions, cancellations must be made at least [24 or 48 hours] in advance for a full refund or rescheduling.
– Membership or subscription-based services can be canceled at any time, but no refund will be issued for unused months.
**Terms of Service**
– Clients agree to participate in coaching sessions, trainings, and mentoring programs with respect and professionalism.
– Any materials (workbooks, e-books, etc.) provided are for personal use and cannot be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
– Clients are responsible for managing their own business and ministry activities and outcomes.
– Tilda-The Coach’s Mentor, LLC is not liable for any business or financial outcomes resulting from the use of services.

We have the benefit of doing business and ministry for over 20+ years, and have an established a client base as a result. The average person who simply purchases any “how-to” program may not follow through on what they are being taught and because of that we cannot guarantee any specific result.
